I will write the assessment in English since I want to protect also other tourists from this hotel. It is mainly meant for Russian people - so it means everything should be in large amount and not necessarily the best quality. Moreover it is the opposite of good quality.

„
The rooms are clean but very old. There are everywhere traces of time. For a short stay as we made (10 days) it is fine but...there is no ventilation in the toilet or it is not working, mostly no shower but bath, instead of that you will find a bidet in the bathroom. In my opinion it is not hygenic and not needed at all in such a hotel.

I have still in mind one lady which is called Yrma. She was so unpollite and unnatural and as we had some problems or complaints even rude. We had the feeling that everything is fine so far there is no complaint and you keep your mouth closed. So quite untypical for a hotel pretending 4 stars. The man at the restaurant door even shouted for us as we once forgot the card for supper...This is not allowed. He also looked for everything brought to the kitchen - as if somebody wanted to steal this very low quality food...The kitchen personal was quite polite and smiling. For the supper you will not get any milk even if you need to take specific sport staff and mix it with milk. We did not really understand that.

Very poor food quality. The Russian guests fight for the dishes in the morning and evening as if they did not ate for 10 years. The personal tries to follow up with next dishes. We observed only what was happening - the people were taking 5 plates really full of food and afterwards did not want to eat it probably also due to quality reasons...So everything was thrown out. I can not imagine to waste so much food in normal conditions. We had to take always very little in order to try it out because sometimes it was ugly!!!! The fruits were old/not matured or frozen. In Spain the food is really excellent and that what was served in this hotel was complete opposite. Once they served paella only. The quality of it is better in German Supermarket!!! We expected to get more seafood as it was served almost everywhere in Lloret but not in this Hotel. Maybe simply they could not prepare it....

The hotel is near to the small beach of Lloret. So the position is almost perfect.

I would not recommend it for guests searching for a higher standard. Or do not take any food opportunity in this hotel and come to sleep only!
Ps. The bed lining is so thin and funny that we did not find it on the bed during the first night!
